Bill’s first cocktail class of the season is all set for Sunday, February 22! He’ll teach us how to make a killer Manhattan and give us the history of this beautiful, timeless classic. Class includes: instruction, history, hands-on making of three (possibly four, if time allows) Manhattans to be enjoyed during class, and a spread of snacks from Chef Paul Virant.
