A velvet texture bounces back and forth with a play of sweet and sour on the palate. Slight earthen fruits lean out from our quince ‘cordial’ and the dark berry nature of the Crème Yvette. These play with the calm brightness of fresh lemon juice whilst the oils of an orange twist rest upon an egg white pillow for a rich fragrance. Garnished with Angostura bitters for punctuated spices, the Indestructible Drop is an elegant, smooth and sexy libation. A sophisticated cocktail for those wanting more than the expected.
