Summer school at Vie is almost back in session, and we’re heading to France this year … at least in spirit!

“Passport to Provence” Cooking and Wine Class
Monday, June 27

Immerse yourself in the food and wine culture of the south of France! We’ll tap into Mediterranean flavors with items like pissaladiere, Nicoise and bouillabaisse, paired with whites, reds and famous rosé wines.

Class will be led by Chef Paul Virant and will include hands-on cooking and wine-tasting, followed by a three-course family-style dinner. Classes are held at Vie and begin at 5 p.m. (Participants can arrive between 4:30 and 5 p.m.)

Two-Class Bonus: If you sign up for both the Provence and Loire Valley classes at the same time, you’ll receive Chef Paul’s cookbook, The Preservation Kitchen: The Craft of Making and Cooking with Pickles, Preserves, and Aigre-doux.
