Stephanie first joined the Vie team in 2005. A severe case of wanderlust led her overseas multiple times, where studying the culture of Southeast Asia increased her enthusiasm for local, seasonal ingredients and inventive flavor combinations. She is inspired by the way a shared meal can connect people to their food and one another. Stephanie is proud to return to Vie to support the vision of Paul Virant and his culinary team.
